Congratulations are in order for the country's new civil engineers. The Civil Engineer Lincensure Examination results was released earlier today by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) after only three days.
Out of 3,601 who took the board exam, 1542 passed headed by Rigel Dante Sebastian Napa of De La Salle University (DLSU) with a rating of 93.80%. Two other graduates of DLSU made it to the topnotchers/top 10 list while seven came from Mapua Institute of Technology.
DLSU also is the top performing school of the May 2013 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam with 64 graduates passing out of the 65 who took the board exam, or a rating of 98.46%.

According to the PRC, "registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on May 20, 2013 but not later than May 22, 2013. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016."
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
