An explosion has rocked Serendra Two in Bonifacio Global City. Initial reports say, a fourth floor condo unit at Serendra Two, one of the ritziest addresses in town, has been heavily damaged. A gas explosion is suspected.
Twitter has been busy with reports about the explosion. One report said the condo unit has been heavily damaged with its walls now missing, and some of the debris from the explosion damaging parked and passing vehicles near the area.
The Serendra Two unit in question faces the Market! Market! side.
According to initial reports, a gas leak may have been the cause of the explosion. Police and fire department personnel are now in the area.

UPDATE: Unconfirmed reports say two have died from the explosion. The two were crushed in the Abenson delivery truck that was hit by a concrete wall from Serendra Two.
The explosion happened at Unit 501 at Two Serendra.

UPDATE: GMA News reports three are dead from the BGC explosion: "a large slab of concrete was blasted off the Serendra Two building and crashed on a passing delivery van that was carrying the three victims."
UPDATE: Only three have died from the Two Serendra explosion contrary to earlier reports that six are dead. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) issued a report this morning that there are now six casualties after three bodies were found at the site. However, the DILG clarified this and reiterated that only three have died from the blast.
